A blend with a little something lurking beneath the surface
Sheet Yourself brings together two very different corners of the coffee world: Ethiopia and Indonesia.
First up, we’ve got coffee from Guji, Mire Dogu Sodu in Ethiopia, paired with Blue Batak from Indonesia. Two origins, two distinct characters, and one very satisfying cup.
The result? A beautifully smooth, clean coffee with plenty of chocolate up front and a little hit of bergamot on the finish. It’s that final flourish that makes things interesting, adding a fresh, aromatic edge to all that chocolatey goodness.
It’s comforting without being boring. Familiar, with just enough of a twist to keep you coming back for another sip.

Some coffees are delicate little things. Lovely black, but liable to disappear the moment you introduce a splash of milk.
