Finca La Valentina is managed by Carlos Ernestor Mejia. The farm is
located at 1,600 m.a.s.l and has 25 hectares of coffee plantations. The farm
has an annual production of about 880 bags and approximately 90,000
trees. They also grow citrus fruits and Japanese plums on their land. This
natural-processed coffee is fermented in the cherry for three days before
proceding with the drying process of 12 to 15 days on elevated drying beds.

Carlos Mejia, an engineer, also known as Chollo, was born and
raised among coffee plantations in Tutule, and today is the driving
force behind the operations of CONEXH. They are a five-generation
family business dedicated to the production of coffee, owning 10
farms located in the emblematic Montecillos Sierra. Together with
CONEXH we have access to around 40 producers of the area,
who are dedicated to producing exceptional specialty coffees.
