Finca el Jardin is located at 1,600 m.a.s.l and has 14 hectares of coffee

plantation, with approximately 65,000 trees. They also grow citrus fruits

and avocados on their lands. The fully washed coffee is mechanically

demucilaged, then fermanted for about 30 hours and finally sun dried on

nylon mesh surface for about 12 to 15 days depending on the weather.

We want to be a reliable ally for international coffee buyers at origin,

with an emphasis on quality control and traceability from its on-farm

production to its export - CONEXH

Carlos is one of 40 producers’ members of CONEXH. The members are

known as “Los Compaz” and are dedicated to producing exceptional

specialty coffees. They are a five-generation family business

dedicated to the production of coffee, owning 10 farms located in the

emblematic Montecillos Sierra. Carlos Mejia, an engineer who grew

up surrounded by coffee is the driving force behind the operations.
